Before we knew Baby Stewart would be a girl, we thought we would be set if we were having a boy. Let me explain... Jeremy's brother has 4 boys, 3 of which are just over 1 year. My brother just had a baby boy about 2 months ago. So we thought, "Sweet! Hand me downs for life!" :) So when we found out it was a girl, we thought we would have to start from square one.
Man, where we wrong...
I forgot that the past 2 great grandchildren on my mom's side where girls. My family is amazing. They simply boxed up their baby girl items and sent them our way.
As I dug through them this weekend and separated them into the various sizes (small, smaller, and smallest) I was overrun with emotion.
There where so many stinkin' cute girly things! I got really excited about the girly-girl thing!

Both Jeremy and I where humbled at God's provision through my generous family. The Lord will provide. 'Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus!

That's wonderful!! As we sat and sang those songs of trust yesterday, I could sense the grit of all 3 of our hearts crying out for more trust in God's provision. I knew there must have been a lot of stuff going on in your heart about provision for this little girl. I am so blessed to see the FRUIT of those prayers and to see God's faithfulness come so quickly :-)
