What Addisen Has Been Doing Lately...

I feel like it has been forever since I blogged last. Sorry about that.

Our little Addisen has been growing and changing right before our eyes!! One of the biggest things is that she is getting more and more comfortable on her feet. She has been pulling up on things for a while, but about 2 weeks ago she began "cruising" along things. This new found ability made her so excited!

With movement comes falls. One time she was cruising along the couch and grabbed onto a heap of clothes (that I hadn't folded yet). She didn't realize that they weren't stable, so when she put her weight on them both she and the clothes hit the floor.

Last week, she reached out from the couch to the recliner. This was quite a stretch for her, but she did it!

Here she is walking around the house assisted by her Grandmommy (in the outfit she made for her too).

Another thing she does lately is taking objects out and back into their containers. The pictures below show part of our routine in the morning when Mommy gets ready.

She pulls open the bottom drawer, takes out my makeup bags, and then takes every object out and inspects it. Her favorite thing is any type of brush.

What a silly, messy girl. :)

Here is Addie eating strawberries for the first time. She seemed impartial to them. I think she got that from her Daddy.

I will try to be better with photos and updates. It seems like I'll be posting information about her first steps any day now. Oh, the days where she was immobile...
