17 Months

Yesterday, Addisen was 17 months old!

It is amazing what she can do now. She is so sure on her feet, is beginning to run, is trying to jump, and climbs on anything and everything. She has 3 new teeth this month - one on both the top and bottom left and a molar. She is still taking 2 naps a day but is flexible enough to only do one a day if needed, which is of great help to Mommy!

She loves to help me put the clothes into the washer and dryer as well as putting the silverware into the dishwasher. Maybe chores are somewhere in the future? It also seems that she is showing interest in the potty. Mommy and Daddy wouldn't mind potty training in the near future, that's for sure! :)

She learns about a new word each week and mimics other words very well. She signs many words, including grapes (which she asks for at each meal), veggies (which means she wants to watch Veggie Tales), airplane, thank you, and many more.

Speaking of words, here is one word I unintentionally taught her the other week!
