Mystery Dessert??

It's my turn for snack tonight at Bible study. So, I thought I would be creative and try something I saw in a magazine.

Can you tell what I was going for?

So it didn't quite turn out as I envisioned.

Here is what I should have done.

First, I made a chocolate-chocolate chip pound cake that I love. Hmm..something brown wasn't the best idea.

I thought it was time to take the cake out of the bundt pan. Apparently, it wasn't. Half of it dumped out so I tried to piece the rest together. That didn't work too well either.

Instead of cover it with icing, I made a powdered sugar drizzle that I dyed orange. I don't think it made it orange enough.

Oh well, at least the "stem" turned out decent enough.

Hopefully it tastes better than it looks. I'll let you know later what the reviews are at Bible study. :)
